In this role, you will:\nProvide high quality customer support via multiple channels in Spanish, Portuguese and English;\nRespond to customer queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner;\nOffer clear solution and guidance;\nHandle complaints with empathy and patience;\nContribute to the project’s success by sharing knowledge and working closely with colleagues;\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases;\nWork on rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.\nWhat are we looking for?\nTo be successful in this role, the following requirements are needed:\nC1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese;\nGood command of English (B1 or higher);\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset;\nAbility to quickly learn, adapt and handle change in a fast-paced environment;\nGood computer skills and confidence using multiple systems;\nStrong time management skills and ability to handle multiple interactions;\nPositive attitude and willingness to deliver a brilliant customer experience.\nWhat Life at Transcom is like!\nAt Transcom, we’re relentlessly committed.
