Apply now!\nJoin Transcom as a Global Security Analyst!\nBe part of our Global Security Governance, Risk and Compliance team and play a key role in maintaining a strong and effective security compliance environment. In this role, you'll work across security, risk, technology and business teams to ensure our controls meet global security standards and regulatory requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to emerging areas such as AI governance and help translate complex security requirements into practical, continuous compliance practices.\nIn this role, you will:\nDrive the readiness, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Transcom's core security certifications, including PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001 and HITRUST\n\nSupport the adoption and maintenance of emerging standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems\n\nCoordinate internal and external compliance audits, acting as a key point of contact for auditors and stakeholders\n\nManage the collection, review and timely submission of audit evidence\n\nDesign and perform regular testing of key security controls, including access management, change management, encryption and vendor security\n\nInclude appropriate controls and checks for internal AI deployments\n\nConduct gap assessments against security frameworks such as NIST CSF and PCI DSS, as well as privacy regulations including GDPR and HIPAA\n\nAct as a security compliance subject matter expert for Sales and Customer Success, completing customer security questionnaires and providing assurance documentation\n\nDraft, review and maintain information security policies, standards and procedures\n\nSupport security awareness and compliance training covering secure data handling, phishing defence and the compliant use of third-party tools, including Generative AI and LLMs\n\nDevelop and track compliance KPIs, monitoring audit readiness, evidence collection and control effectiveness\n\nWork collaboratively with teams including Legal, Data Science, HR, IT and Engineering to strengthen our overall security posture\n\nWhat's in it for YOU!\nInternational and inclusive environment that makes you feel supported, encouraged and welcome from day one\n\nOpportunity to work across a broad range of global security, compliance and governance activities\n\nExposure to evolving areas of security including AI governance and responsible AI\n\nOpportunity to work with internationally recognised security and compliance frameworks\n\nContinuous development through our internal learning platforms and external training\n\nOpportunity to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and geographies\n\nCorporate benefits and discounts\n\nTo be successful in this role, the following is needed:\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Data Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n\n5+ years' experience in Information Security, IT Audit, Risk Management or Compliance\n\nStrong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and the audit process\n\nDemonstrable experience supporting organisations in achieving or maintaining frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2\n\nFamiliarity with AI governance standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, or a strong willingness to develop your knowledge in this area\n\nFundamental understanding of cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secure software development lifecycles (SDLC)\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical security and risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders\n\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple functions\n\nExperience producing clear technical documentation and developing compensating control processes\n\nAbility to work independently, manage deadlines and deliver your responsibilities within complex projects\n\nFlexibility to provide occasional evening or weekend remote support when required\n\nThis is a remote role and we are keen to hire in Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Portugal orSpain.\nPlease include a full CV, in English, with your application.\nWhat Life at Transcom is like!\nAt Transcom, we're relentlessly committed.
