Full Stack Development : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and React.\n\n- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable application features.\n\n- Develop responsive and efficient user interfaces integrated with robust backend services.\n\n2. AI and Document Processing : \n\n- Build Python-based AI pipelines to automate document processing and underwriting workflows.\n\n- Contribute to document verification, data extraction, and decision-support capabilities.\n\n- Support the integration of AI-powered features into the core platform.\n\n3. Collaboration and Product Development : \n\n- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user requirements into scalable, efficient code.\n\n- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to feature planning and implementation.\n\n- Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality product features.\n\n4. Performance and Scalability : \n\n- Optimize application performance and ensure efficient data flow and real-time functionality.\n\n- Identify and resolve technical issues across the application stack.\n\n- Contribute to architectural decisions that support platform scalability and long-term growth.\n\n5. Code Quality and Deployment : \n\n- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.\n\n- Follow software development best practices to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.\n\n- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : \n\n- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Node.js and PostgreSQL, with experience in Python and hands-on experience with React.\n\n- Experience developing and maintaining full-stack web applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design.\n\n- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with cloud infrastructure.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.\n\n- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.\n\nNICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS : \n\n- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.\n\n- Familiarity with GraphQL and scalable application architectures.\n\n- Experience integrating AI capabilities into software applications.\n\n- Exposure to document processing, financial technology, or automated underwriting workflows.\n\nWHY JOIN US?\n\n1.
