About the Role:
As a member of the Digital Health team, you will support the ongoing operation, expansion, and optimization of launchedSoftware as aMedical Device (SaMD)Digital Health products. Working closely with development teams,Software Device Quality, Global Regulatory Affairs,Local Operating Companies (LOCs), and analytics teams, you willbe responsible fordriving and prioritizing the product backlog andcoordinatingproduct activities across multiple markets and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring products continue to deliver value after launchin a regulated industry. You will help manage product enhancements, support market expansion and localization activities,monitorperformance metrics, andidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement.
How you will contribute:
Product Operations & Lifecycle Management: Support the ongoing maintenance,enhancementand lifecycle management of launched Digital Health Products. Coordinate cross-functional activitiesrequiredfor product updates, releases, launch expansions and operational improvements.
User story & acceptance criteria: Define new enhancementsthrough translating user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria as a communication bridge between strategy and development teams.
Technical Backlog Ownership: in partnership with the therapeutic area portfolio lead,own the technical backlog, prioritizing new feature requests, technical debt, andregulatory requirements tooptimizevalue to patients, healthcare professionals, and Takeda.
Product Performance and Analytics: Continuously align with data analytics teams to own,maintain, and prioritize theproductdata analyticsand success metrics.Define and monitorKPIs to benchmark product performance.Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend product improvements.
Market Expansion & Localization: Coordinate launch and localization activities for new countries. Collaborate with local operating companies (LOCs)atthe country-level to gather feedback, manage review processes and ensure launch readiness and in some cases product sunsetting.
StakeholderManagement: Act as a key point of coordination between global cross-functional teams and local markets. Facilitate regular communication, statusupdatesand governance activities. Ensure stakeholdersremaininformed on priorities,timelinesand decisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Digital Health, Life Sciences, Engineering, Informatics, or relatedfield.
A minimum of5years of work experienceasproduct owneror product managerisrequired.8+ years of experience preferred.
A proventrack recordmanaging a technical backlog, development team, and interfacing with cross-functional stakeholdersrequired.
Strong organizational and project coordinationskillrequired.
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or regulated environments is preferred but notrequired.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Strong understanding of Agileways of working,product lifecyclemanagementand software delivery process.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or KPI tracking is preferred.

€55,300.00 - €76,010.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
