岗位职责 / Responsibilities 工作描述： 负责业务财务BP团队管理，统筹预测预算、费控/费用管理、目标管理、价格管理、经营分析及专项分析等模块，推动财务规划与公司战略对齐，深度赋能业务发展和资源优化配置。 带领团队主导业务政策及激励机制设计与财务测算并落地实施，深入理解业务战略与运营流程，通过财务建模和经营分析解决业务实际问题，为管理层提供决策支持。 完善业务财务结算体系，整合业务需求并推进结算系统功能迭代，提升结算准确性和时效性，推动业财数据打通和经营可视化。 整合结算-业务-运营协同流程，建立业务KPI与财务指标联动体系，优化并推动业务系统和业务政策的迭代，推动业财融合及财务数字化建设。 组织行业分析，持续优化公司政策，输出高质量经营分析报告，精准识别业务增长点与经营风险，给予管理层经营决策建议。 负责财务BP团队建设与人才培养，制定团队工作标准与考核机制，提升团队业务理解能力、分析能力及跨部门影响力。 任职要求 / Requirements 任职要求： 本科及以上学历。 8年+财务BP/FP&A相关经验。有业务财务BP支持经验; 有佣金/提成、结算、销运经验为加分项。 较高的业务敏感度和分析能力，逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题拆解与商业判断能力。 主导过业务政策落地/结算系统建设/经营分析项目经验的优先。 有团队管理经验，能够搭建体系、培养团队并推动跨部门项目落地。
