This role offers high visibility, immediate impact on key business KPIs, and the opportunity to define the future of CRM within a dynamic, rapidly growing global fintech.\nHere’s what you’ll be doing as CRM Manager:\nDefine and execute the CRM strategy based on a deep understanding of our customers and their lifetime moments and product journeys\nDeploy segmented, relevant marketing campaigns across multiple channels in a timely manner and of a high standard that excites customers and promotes the TransferGo brand in the best possible way.\nBuild, manage and improve automated workflows utilizing the CRM system and managing the customer journey\nAlign with data, product and engineering teams, third parties and the rest of our marketing team to ensure the latest segmentation, models and classifications are used in CRM marketing\nWork closely with the Product team to improve user experience and reactivation rates\nAnalyse and report on campaigns to support customer reactivation\nOngoing management and segmentation of the database\nDefine, monitor and report on KPI’s for customer engagement programmes and be able to communicate performance clearly to different audiences\nContinue to drive new strategies across the customer lifecycle, that improve key KPIs (retention/reactivation rates) and continue to strive for 1:1 personalisation across all existing campaigns\nBecome an expert in our CRM platform (Braze) and any subsequent solution investments\nRegularly identify trends in CRM, best practices and new innovative ideas\nYou’ll report to our Head of CRM.\nHere’s what we’d love from our new CRM Manager:\nExperience in B2C CRM and B2C email marketing. \nHands-on experience using Braze for at least 1 year, and will feel comfortable executing campaigns via email, push notification and inApp messages.\nProject Management: highly organised, attention to detail and able to manage several campaigns at the same time\nBraze hands-on experience\nProactive and self-starter\nCapable of building good working relationships with peers and stakeholders\nReliable and thorough person capable of taking ownership of their projects\nAnd if you can also do this stuff, even better: \nExperience working for app-first companies.\nExperience working for multi-language / multi-country companies\n\nWhat we believe\nAt TransferGo, we offer competitive rewards to all people.
