It already works, and the PM who runs it today will hand it over with the history behind it. Now we need more people to get through, one step and one country at a time. Some people are stopped by our risk checks, and that's fine. Others leave because a step is confusing or slow, and those are the ones you'll go after. Compliance decides what we check.
