Having this strong team of employees, we can serve those who really need our product to make their lives better. \nThe Regulatory Compliance team ensures the organization meets all legal, regulatory, reporting and policy requirements by designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks. They work with the development of controls, policies, to ensure mitigation of risks and enabling compliant business operations. \nBy joining this team, you will be able to create a real impact on internal controls and ensure that the Company complies with all respective laws and legal requirements which is visible both internally and externally (to regulators).\nHere’s what you’ll be doing as Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Manager:\nSupport Head of Compliance with gap assessments on upcoming regulatory changes.\nProcess Improvement: Document, maintain, and enhance internal policies, procedures, and data flows in addition to suggesting automation initiatives and leading these changes.\nAssist the Head of Compliance with day-to-day compliance activities\nSupport the Head of Compliance during internal and external audits. \nAssist the Head of Compliance in big projects which require BoL and/or FCA communication and provision of information. \nUndertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the manager when required. \nCollect and consolidate data from relevant internal stakeholders required for the preparation of regulatory reports. Submission of them to BoL and FCA and other external parties.\nCommunication/key contact of any regulatory reporting related questions/concerns by regulators.\nProcess Documentation: Documenting reporting processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.\nAlignment of internal stakeholders when new regulatory reporting requirements are introduced.\nYou’ll report to our Head of Compliance.\n\n Here’s what we’d love from our new Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Manager:\nProficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.\nUnderstanding of the regulatory environment.\n2-3 years of experience in the Regulatory Compliance and/or (regulatory) reporting environment.\nGood level of knowledge of key regulatory requirements and applicable laws/regulations relevant to Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs). \nGood understanding and practical experience in preparation, submission of regulatory reports to the regulators (LT; UK - would be huge advantage);\nStrong analytical and numerical skills.\nAbility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.\nPrevious experience with communication with regulators would be advantage\nAnd if you can also do this stuff, even better: \nQualifications/certifications (ACAMS, ICA etc.)\n\nWhat we believe\nAt TransferGo, we offer competitive rewards to all people.
