The Recruiter is responsible for delivering on regional objectives contributing to the company’s success.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nStrategy: Carry out responsibilities that lead to achievement of company objectives, to deliver sustainable profitability and revenue growth\nEnsure sustained growth of Driver Count\nProvide best-in-class safety and compliance\nDevelop strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers\nFoster an environment of being the employer of choice for the highest quality drivers in the industry\nSupport a learning culture that experiments using the objectives and key results (OKR) process to implement the rapid propagation of best practices from branch to branch and region- wide\nWork collaboratively with varying levels of TransForce team members and customer resources in a way that enables them to perform at the top of their potential\nOther duties as assigned\nSourcing of quality applications in quantities which allow TransForce to meet company hiring goals\nSeek local sources for high quality applicants at a competitive cost\nCollaborate with Sales partners and Market Manager to establish competitive pay rates\nBuild relationships within local communities to make the TransForce brand a recognizable leader for short and long-term driving positions\nDrive prompt collaboration with team members to achieve company goals. Prioritize complete applications and continue to sell the candidate on Employment Solutions\nGenerate reports and maintain recruiting and candidate data in all company systems\nKnowledge of all positions and customer details to match the right candidate to jobs\nInterview and sell drivers on Employment Solutions\nExplain the many benefits of working for TransForce\nDiscuss the Open Orders with the candidate with a focus on those that most align with the candidate’s needs\nCollaborate with Driver Hiring Specialist for timely completion of full approval to work\nCollaborate with Market Manager to ensure proper placement and job fit\nCollaborate with the Operations team to ensure all levels of involvement in our driver's retention\nMaintain daily contact with drivers while “in processing” and thereafter (check calls) to focus on those at high risk for turnover\nUtilize current market data and escalate concerns to leadership Market Manager (MM) and (RRM) to secure and maintain competitive pay rates\nCommunicate professionally verbally and in writing, both internally and externally to instill trust and confidence in TransForce\nBuild relationships with customers, candidates, and TF team members\nUtilize exceptional interpersonal communication skills to always present TransForce in a positive light and promote teamwork and collaboration\nRequirements\nEducation and Certifications:\nBachelor’s Degree strongly preferred\nWork experience may be substituted for education\nSkills and Qualifications:\n2 years of successful recruiting experience\nSales or customer service experience is strongly preferred\nKnowledge of general recruiting fundamentals\nGeneral knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations\nRequires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a fast- paced, high-volume environment\nProficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software\nExperience working in TenStreet\nSalary Description\n$60,000/year plus incentive
