They provide direct care to patients, provide administrative and operational support to clinics, and may also provide clinical supervision and training to clinicians. Clinic Supervisors may conduct individual, group supervision, and/or oversee clinical development of therapists. They provide general support to Clinic Directors, including but not limited to assisting with hiring and onboarding of therapists as well as managing patient transfers and service additions. Clinic Supervisors are organizational culture carriers accountable for promoting clinical excellence and quality outcomes. Exact number of Administrative BUs will vary by market/clinic.
