The Interventional Technician's full-time primary role is to assist providers in the delivery of Transcranial Magnetic Simulation Therapy (TMS Therapy) as well as Spravato and Ketamine services while ensuring that the highest quality work standards are achieved and maintained according to practice policies and procedures. These team members are compassionate, dependable, organized, have effective communication skills, multitask, and work well with other team members.\nOur Interventional Technician's appreciate the ability to build rapport with clients and support them as they receive relief from treatment resistant depression. As an Interventional Technician team member, you will be able to witness the powerful impact of our services on the clients you work with as they find hope through your support.\nThis role will be a float primary in our mid-region clinics: Auburn, Dedham, Fitchburg, Framingham, Marlborough, Milford, Springfield, Sudbury, West Springfield and Worcester.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide Interventional treatments according to specific physician protocols: Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy\nTake patient vitals at specific intervals during Esketamine treatments and monitor patient for medication side effects\nAccurately enter all patient information required into the system and record session notes and superbill by end of the day\nStrong communication skills that provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression or other various disorders\nProvide excellent patient care and treat them with compassion while developing trust and rapport\nAdminister psychiatric rating scales and document outcomes on modalities\nSchedule and maintain patient appointments relative to all services offered that encompass patient treatment\nHave flexibility with time schedules to fit patients' needs and requirements\nAnswer patient phone calls and adjust the schedule to patient needs as necessary\nMaintain patient safety by wearing personal protective equipment as required\nAssist with the patient resource center and integrate the current and potential patients\nInvestigate and communicate insurance coverage and verification issues\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system set-up throughout treatment\nPossess basic clinical assessment skills to identify real or potential adverse events during treatment where treatment should be interrupted or terminated\nCommunicate concerns to the interventional coordinator, clinical director, or physician when necessary\nFollows company policies and procedures as well as adhering to state and/or federal regulations\nWork with the necessary vendors and other representatives to accomplish other various duties\nPerform additional duties as needed\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED \nAssociate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) \n1 or more years of medical office experience (Preferred) \nMedical Assistant (Preferred) \nKnowledge of medical authorizations (Preferred) \nCompletion of TMS Certification during training \nKnowledge of medical terminology \nUnderstand and compliance with HIPAA. \nCPR Certified (or willing to get certification) \nAbility to provide coverage for treatments at nearby clinics (Preferred) \nExplore the Advantages of Joining Our Team:\nEnjoy competitive compensation and a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, and more, designed to support your well-being and financial security. \nImmerse yourself in a community united by a deep commitment to enhance mental health and revolutionize client care. \nEmbrace a journey of continuous learning, guided by seasoned professionals, fostering your career growth in a nurturing environment. \nPlay a pivotal role in reshaping behavioral health, with your efforts directly improving client lives. \nThrive in an environment that celebrates collaborative success, driven by effective communication and unity. \nReceive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing educational resources, tailored to cultivate your talents, and assure your triumph in your role. \nNortheast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
