We are committed to improving accessibility while raising the standard of care.\nAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an essential part of our corporate business support team and be responsible for the daily oversight and management of the candidate experience for some of our most vital roles. These roles include therapists, nurse practitioners, and physicians' assistants across several outpatient behavioral health clinics. Our ability to deliver excellent patient care and operational success depends directly on the efforts of our talent acquisition partners. TA partners are expected to leverage their experience in attracting and selling candidates while effectively utilizing sourcing tools provided to deliver a high volume of hires.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrimarily recruit therapists, including post-Master's through licensed social workers, LMFTs, LPCs, and similar roles.\nEngage with candidates to understand their qualifications, certifications, and career goals in the field of therapy and counseling.\nUtilize cold calling and cold email outreach in addition to other direct sourcing techniques.\nBuild a pipeline of talent.\nAdvocate and support for candidates throughout their life cycle.\nAnalyze market trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly.\nCollaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify candidate needs.\nBecome an expert in the competitive landscape of assigned regions.\nMonitor requisitions and maintain candidate workflows.\nConduct screening interviews of qualified candidates and coordinate any subsequent interviews.\nExtend and coordinate offers.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a related field.
