You will work closely with customers and internal teams to tailor training to specific needs, particularly within Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development.\nThis role is pivotal in driving customer adoption, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality professional learning experience across customer engagements.\nImportant Note: This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Earnings vary based on individual effort, experience, availability, and engagement.\nMust be available to train 2-3 days a month, mainly Monday - Friday during business hours to complete onboarding and facilitate sessions.\nLocation: This is a field-based contract position. Must be based in Texas to effectively support regional travel and customer engagement needs. The role requires extensive travel, with professional learning sessions delivered onsite at customer locations across the U.S.\nContract Rate: Starts at $800 a day. Training rate is $400 a day. Hours vary depending on customer needs and seasonality.\nDay to Day Responsibilities:\nDeliver in-person professional learning sessions to customers as designed by the Programs Team.\n\nTailor (where applicable) and adapt training content to address specific customer contexts, particularly within Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development.\n\nGuide educators and administrators to fully understand the scope and functionality of Transfr’s solutions.\n\nCollect and analyze participant feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.\n\nServe as a communication bridge between customer needs and the Programs Team and Professional Services team, contributing to future resource and curriculum development.\n\nCollaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity throughout the customer journey.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required\n\n3-5 years of experience delivering professional learning or training for educators, preferably in K-12, higher education, workforce development, or CTE contexts.\n\n2+ years of experience with instructional technology, edtech tools, or digital learning platforms.\n\nDemonstrated success facilitating in-person professional learning workshops, coaching, or training sessions.\n\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in professional development.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with proven success delivering customer-facing presentations and training sessions.\n\nComfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.\n\nAbility to adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences and contexts.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively (all work will be in the field), with sessions delivered primarily onsite at customer locations in your assigned region.\n\nFlexibility to accommodate training schedules as needed and aligned with customer needs.\n\nNice to Have:\nMaster’s in Education, Instructional Technology, or related field preferred.\n\nExperience contributing to professional learning content development or curriculum design.\n\nFamiliarity with Career & Technical Education (CTE), workforce development, or immersive learning technologies.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nOpportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing education.\n\nFlexible work schedule.\n\nTravel expenses paid with most opportunities.\n\nWhy Join Us:\nHere at Transfr we are creating an engaging and interactive learning experience that help people gain real-world skills and unlock new career opportunities.
