Spanning approximately 365km, the project will deliver new transmission lines and upgraded infrastructure to support the transition to a cleaner, more reliable energy future.\nHumeLink is a cornerstone project within Transgrid’s Major Projects portfolio, offering the opportunity to be part of a once-in-a-generation build that will power communities for decades to come.\nAbout the role\nAs a Contract Administrator, you will support the commercial delivery of major construction packages within the $5 billion HumeLink project. Working closely with the Senior Contract Manager and broader project team, you will play a key role in administering delivery contracts, monitoring project costs and supporting the successful execution of works.\nWhat you'll do\nSupport the administration of delivery contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions\nAssist in the preparation, review and management of contracts, variations and contractual notices\nContribute to cost management activities including budgets, forecasts, claims and payment schedules\nMaintain accurate contract records, documentation and reporting to support project controls and governance\nEngage with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to support contract delivery and project outcomes.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience in contract administration, construction project administration, or project support ideally working in a Tier 1, 2 or 3 contractor environment or other energy organisation\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage documentation, records, and document control processes.\nExperience using Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems; SharePoint experience highly regarded.\nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.\nExperience with InEight/TeamBinder highly regarded.\nOur Values\nTransgrid’s core values encompass safety, achievement, integrity, and service.
