Based in Sydney (Ultimo), you'll help ensure our procurement systems operate efficiently, effectively and deliver a seamless experience for users across the business.\nWorking closely with Procurement, IT, suppliers and business stakeholders, you'll be a trusted partner who helps solve problems, optimise processes and drive continuous improvement across the platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with stakeholder engagement in a collaborative and supportive environment.\nWe're looking for someone who brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset and enjoys working with others to achieve shared outcomes. Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer support and contribute to a high-performing team culture.\nWhat you'll do\nAdminister and support the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring system performance, reliability and a positive user experience.\n\nPartner with Procurement, IT, suppliers and business stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise procurement processes.\n\nManage user access, system security, data integrity and compliance activities across the platform.\n\nDeliver user support and training, building capability and confidence across the business.\n\nIdentify and implement system enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities that deliver business value.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience administering SAP Ariba, with strong knowledge of Supplier Management, Procurement and Invoicing modules.\n\nA collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across Procurement, IT, suppliers and the broader business.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the confidence to support, train and influence stakeholders at all levels.\n\nA proactive attitude, high attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement and team success.\n\nWhy this role?\nThis is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing a critical procurement platform that enables better business outcomes across Transgrid.
