production issues.\nParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior Flutter developers.\nEnsure application security and follow mobile development best practices.\nPublish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.\nStay updated with the latest Flutter releases and mobile development trends.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.\nEquivalent practical experience is also considered.\n5-7 years of software development experience.\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter.\nStrong programming experience in Dart.\nExperience developing applications for both Android and iOS.\nStrong understanding of Flutter widgets, animations, navigation, and custom UI development.\nExperience with State Management: Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, GetX (any one or more)\nExperience integrating REST APIs and JSON parsing.\nKnowledge of Firebase services: Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Crashlytics, Analytics\nExperience with local databases such as SQLite or Hive.\nStrong understanding of asynchronous programming (Future, Streams).\nExperience with Git and version control.\nKnowledge of mobile application architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).\nStrong debugging and performance optimization skills.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.\nExperience with Push Notifications.\nExperience working with WebSockets.\nFamiliarity with GraphQL.\nExperience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is an advantage.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nSkills\nAndroid, Dart, Flutter,
