This is not a traditional product manager role focused primarily on requirements and roadmaps. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, security, audit, and compliance and ensure that the products we build are not only useful but also technically sound, secure, auditable, and production-ready.\n\nYou will help translate customer/business requirements into technically executable products while ensuring that critical considerations such as security, auditability, regulatory compliance, data governance, and operational readiness are built into the product from the beginning.\n\nResponsibilities: \nPartner with product managers and customers to understand business problems and translate them into technical product requirements.\nWork closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to determine how products should actually be built.\nDefine detailed product requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and technical constraints.\nEnsure technical feasibility is considered early in product development.\nPartner with Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.\nEnsure products address security, auditability, compliance, data governance, access control, observability, reliability, and operational readiness\nWork with security and compliance teams to incorporate requirements directly into product design.\nDefine audit trails and explainability requirements for AI-powered workflows.\nHelp establish appropriate controls for AI agents operating in financial environments.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear product decisions for business stakeholders.\nWork with Engineering to prioritize technical debt, platform capabilities, and product-enabling infrastructure.\nSupport customer POCs and help convert successful POCs into scalable products.\nHelp Product distinguish between demo-ready and production-ready.\nContribute to roadmap prioritization based on customer value, technical complexity, risk, and regulatory requirements.\n\nRequirements: \n5-10+ years of experience across technical product management, software engineering, solutions architecture, or a combination.\nStrong understanding of modern software development and cloud architectures.\nAbility to read and understand APIs, data models, architecture diagrams, and technical designs.\nExperience working closely with software engineers and technical teams.\nStrong understanding of security, compliance, audit, and data governance concepts.\nExcellent requirements-writing and product-definition skills.\nStrong ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable technical/product requirements.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working in enterprise or regulated environments is highly desirable.\n\nParticularly Valuable: \nFintech / financial-services experience.\nAI/ML or agentic AI experience.\nExperience with regulatory or compliance-driven products.\nExperience with enterprise integrations and legacy systems.\nExperience taking customer POCs into production.\nFamiliarity with identity/access management, audit trails, policy engines, and AI governance.\n\nThe profile we're looking for is\nA product person who can speak
