transformation program in one of Poland’s largest enterprise environments.\nThis is not just another AI project.\nYou’ll help design and scale an enterprise-grade AI platform that will enable teams across the organization to build and adopt Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG solutions and AI-assisted software engineering at scale.\nYou’ll have a real impact on architecture, engineering standards, security, governance and the technology strategy behind the platform.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nLead the technical development of an enterprise AI platform.\n\nDefine and evolve architecture, technology, security and operational standards.\n\nDesign and implement solutions based on GenAI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents.\n\nWork closely with Product Owners, Architects, Cloud, Security, Governance and Engineering teams.\n\nLead architecture reviews and drive technical alignment across teams.\n\nMentor platform engineers and help establish strong engineering practices.\n\nBuild and promote DevOps, MLOps, Observability and FinOps capabilities.\n\nTake AI initiatives from PoC to production.\n\nEnable the adoption of AI across software engineering and platform services.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust have:\n8+ years of IT experience.\n\n3+ years in a Tech Lead, Solution Architect or similar technical leadership role.\n\nProven experience designing and building AI platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nExpert-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure.\n\nHands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.\n\nStrong knowledge of Azure AI Search and experience with Azure Machine Learning.\n\nExperience with Azure API Management.\n\nExpert knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.\n\nStrong expertise in AKS and container technologies.\n\nExperience establishing DevOps and MLOps operating models.\n\nPractical experience with LLMs, RAG and AI agents.\n\nExperience defining security, governance, observability and FinOps standards.\n\nStrong communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to work from Poland and join a hybrid model with regular presence in Warsaw.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with:\nGoogle Vertex AI\n\nAWS Bedrock\n\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio\n\nAgentic AI frameworks and patterns\n\nModel Context Protocol (MCP)\n\nAzure Content Safety\n\nAI Governance frameworks\n\nDORA, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements\n\nBanking, insurance or other financial services environments\n\nCertifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate or CKA are also welcome.\n\nWhat’s
