Zakres obowiązków

  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie strategii oraz harmonogramów wydań.
  • Koordynacja wdrożeń i przejść pomiędzy środowiskami DEV, TEST, UAT i PROD.
  • Zarządzanie procesem release management oraz change management.
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji wdrożeniowej i raportów powdrożeniowych.
  • Koordynacja pracy zespołów developerskich, testowych, operacyjnych i biznesowych.
  • Monitorowanie statusu wydań oraz identyfikacja ryzyk wdrożeniowych.
  • Nadzór nad zgodnością wdrożeń ze standardami i dobrymi praktykami ITIL/DevOps.
  • Współpraca z dostawcami zewnętrznymi oraz udział w doskonaleniu procesów wdrożeniowych.

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze Release Management, Deployment Management lub IT Service Management.
  • Znajomość procesów wdrożeniowych i zarządzania zmianą.
  • Doświadczenie w koordynacji wdrożeń w środowiskach wielosystemowych.
  • Znajomość ITIL i DevOps.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności organizacyjne i komunikacyjne
