The\nideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented and organized with\nexcellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. You monitor and\nensure that all functions are completed accurately and efficiently\nwith excellent customer service. The Production Coordinator will\nwork with the PM team to ensure projects are completed properly\nand on time. Proofreading skills and attention to details on\na printed page is critical to success.\nFinally, The Production\nCoordinator must be tech savvy and willing to learn and use new\ntechnology.\nSpecific\nResponsibilities \n Coordinates allaspects of project setup: Data Entry, Scheduling, Linguist\nselection, Communicating with clients, etc..\n\n Examines originalclient documents to determine if pre-formatting or desktop\npublishing is necessary\n\n Selects theappropriate linguists for projects based on project needs and\ntheir skills\n\n Reviews linguistsand formatters work and communicate errors in a\nconstructive manner\n\n Compares documentsand ensures all target files match the source files\n\n Performs finalreviews on translated documents to ensure quality and\nconsistency\n\n Discusses/resolvesany service related issues with immediate supervisor\n\n Be well organizedand detail-oriented\n\n Knowledgeable ofvarious computer programs\n\n Troubleshoot basicproblems and issues in the workflow following escalation\nprocedure and maintaining client communication.\n\n Additional dutiesas needed and assigned by\nSupervisor(s).\n\nRequirements\n Mustbe willing to work full time in our office in Aurora,\nCO\n\n 2+years of experience in a job or school related activity\nusing computers and software
