Обязанности:
  • Анализ эффективности бизнес-процессов;
  • Моделирование бизнес-процессов as is в BPMN;
  • Формирование предложений по оптимизации бизнес-процессов, повышению эффективности и продуктивности;
  • Проектирование to be в BPMN;
  • Участие в методологическом сопровождении, регламентации внедряемых бизнес-процессов
  • Оценка, расчет и моделирование инициатив и эффекта;
  • Разработка ФТ и ТЗ, согласование с IT-поддержкой;
  • Подготовка презентаций по проектам (обязательно);
  • Опыт лидирования проектов;
  • Опыт внедрения 1С, ERP будет преимуществом.
Требования:
  • Техническое, экономическое, профильное образование в области процессного управления, оптимизации бизнес-процессов и разработке методологий является преимуществом;
  • Знание нотаций моделирования минимум 2-х нотаций:BPMN, VAD;
  • Системное мышление;
  • Управление требованиями: навыки сбора требований;
  • Умение коммуницировать с заказчиками, разработчиками, тестировщиками, работать в больших командах;
  • Умение доводить задачу до конца;
  • Целеустремленность, высокая скорость работы, результативность;
  • Гибкое мышление;
