This is not a traditional software engineering role, but it requires strong technical execution and full ownership from idea to production.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAutomate GTM execution. Design, build, and maintain production-grade workflows and automations across all processes.\nDesign and Build AI into the business. Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions: prompt-driven workflows, reusable prompt libraries, and AI agents embedded directly inside the business systems.\nIntegrate the stack. Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, support tools, and internal systems, so data stays connected and trustworthy across the funnel.\nExtend the CRM. Configure and extend Salesforce - objects and data model, automation, validation, integrations as the system of record behind everything above.\nFull ownership of the processes - Write and maintain scripts and small services (Python / JavaScript) for the logic, Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the processes \nDrive adoption.
