If you are excited about this opportunity and have the skills, experience and values that align to what we are looking for, we want to speak with you!\nNOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.\nAbout the Opportunity:\nReporting to the Manager, Product Marketing for the Transportation, Safety & Operations BU, the Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving portfolio growth across EMEA.\n2027 marks an important year for our portfolio growth across EMEA. We are committed to expanding AutoTURN's market penetration and accelerating growth of our flagship swept path analysis solution, while building greater momentum for our Safety & Operations portfolio. This role will be central to turning these ambitions into action.\nWorking closely with Product Management, Regional Marketing and Sales, you will translate customer, market and competitive insights into product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption and commercial growth. You will independently lead initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and equipping sales teams with the programs, content and tools needed to reach more customers and grow our market presence.\nIn this role you will be expected to:\nDevelop and execute EMEA product marketing plansfor the Transportation and Safety & Operations BU portfolios, translating global product strategies and business priorities into initiatives that support awareness, customer engagement and growth.\nLead regional go-to-market planning and executionfor product launches and strategic initiatives, working with Product Management, Regional Marketing and Sales to align priorities, messaging, deliverables and timing.\nGather and synthesize customer, market and competitive insightsto identify regional opportunities, inform product marketing strategy, and communicate relevant feedback and recommendations to Product Management and other stakeholders.\nDevelop and refine product positioning and messagingfor EMEA audiences, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, relevant customer benefits informed by market needs, customer insight and competitive context.\nEnable regional Sales teams and resellerswith product messaging, sales tools, training and competitive insights that help them communicate product value, address customer needs and support sales conversations.\nPlan and coordinate customer-facing product marketing content and programsacross the customer journey, including product brochures, videos, blogs, webinars, onboarding content and other relevant channels, collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver effective assets.\nManage multiple product marketing initiatives independently, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizing competing demands, tracking progress and ensuring programs are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.\nAbout You:\n3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related B2B marketing role, ideally in software or a technical industry.\nExperience developing product positioning, go-to-market planning, launches and ongoing marketing programs.\nAbility to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits for technical audiences.\nStrong communication, project management and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage competing priorities independently.\nAbility to use customer feedback, market research and performance data to inform decisions and improve marketing activities.\nExperience developing marketing content and sales enablement materials, and collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.\nKnowledge of transportation, civil engineering or road safety markets, proficiency in additional languages, or a product marketing certification from PMA or PMI would be an asset.\nAbout Us:\nWe offer a flexible working environment that embraces both in-person and remote work;\nWe offer a number of employee programs and benefits focused on healthcare, retirement savings, rewards and recognition;\nWe’re committed to providing professional growth and development opportunities;\nWe give back to our communities through global initiatives and donations;\nWe work hard, but we like to have fun too!\nAt Transoft Solutions, we embrace diversity, as we strongly believe that our diverse backgrounds, coupled with our cultural and experiential differences make us stronger and better positioned to support our global customers.
