They maintain meticulous records and serve as a central communication hub, providing actionable insights to both Training and Operationsleadership to ensure every agent hits the floor ready to excel.\nRole Summary:\nThe Travel Pass Go Program Trainer will prepare agents to successfully manage inbound hotel reservation and sales calls. The role will focus on developing strong product and reservation knowledge, customer needs discovery, sales techniques, objection handling, closing skills, reservation accuracy, customer experience, and system proficiency.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver new-hire and ongoing training for inbound hotel reservation sales.\nTrain agents on the complete hotel reservation and sales experience.\nDevelop strong customer needs discovery, sales, objection-handling, and closing skills.\nFacilitate hotel reservation call simulations and sales role-plays.\nReinforce professional communication and customer experience standards.\nCoach learners on converting customer inquiries into reservations.\nMonitor learner assessments, performance, and readiness for production.\nAlign training with established sales, QA, and operational KPIs.\nIdentify performance gaps using QA results, sales trends, and operational feedback.\nUpdate training materials and activities as program needs evolve.\nPartner with QA and Operations to ensure alignment between training and production expectations.\nMaintain strong classroom management and learner engagement.\nCore Requirements:\nMust reside in Punta Gorda, Belize.\nStrong sales and customer-service mindset.\nExcellent facilitation and presentation skills.\nStrong communication and coaching abilities.\nEffective classroom management.\nAbility to coach objection handling and sales closing techniques.\nStrong attention to detail and reservation accuracy.\nComfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment.\nCoachable,
