TransPerfect provides a full array of language and business support services, including translation, multicultural marketing, website globalization, legal support, and any kind of technology solution.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nThe position of Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.\nResponsibilities:\nResearch prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, yellow pages, various professional directories and personal investigation\n\nCreate accurate data within a CRM of prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and various other information\n\nCold call prospective clients\n\nCreatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy\n\nNegotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients\n\nEducate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process, including TransPerfect’s rates, justification for turnaround time and competitors’ information\n\nLiaise with production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately and with keen attention to detail, resulting in a perfect product\n\nConsistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service\n\nResearch and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to, including industry leaders, current events, and any other pertinent data\n\nPerform other special projects or duties when required\n\nWho We Are Looking For:\nInterest in long-term career growth with unlimited earning and advancement potential through sales and project management\n\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree\n\nExcellent English communication (written and verbal) skills\n\nProven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing\n\nProven track record in achieving sales targets\n\nPossesses the ability to consistently and predictably advance customer commitment on a weekly basis in order to navigate a complex and lengthy sales cycle\n\nAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities and determine the relative importance/ business impact of each activity\n\nCapability to understand market requirements;
