high energy and drive to join the Content Solutions Team as a Content Solutions Engineer supporting the Asian market.\nWe are looking for an content solution engineer with focus on our AI/MT and GlobalLink Focus to join the Team.\nThis is a multi-functional, client-facing role that combines:\nSubject Matter Expertise (SME) in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Translation (MT), and Generative AI\nStrategicpre-sales support across the GlobalLink suite\nTechnical consulting and solution architecture\nKey account and program management collaboration\nThe ideal candidate operates at the intersection ofAI innovation andenterprise localization technology.\nAs a Content Solutions Engineer, you will serve as both:\nThe AI/MT expert during pre-sales engagements\nA technical advisor and solution consultant for the broader GlobalLink suite of products\nYou will work closely with prospective and existing clients to:\nGather requirements\nIdentify automation and optimization opportunities\nDesign AI-powered and GlobalLink-enabled solutions to address complex global content challenges\nYou will also support strategic client relationships by ensuring successful adoption of both AI/MT capabilities and GlobalLink platform solutions.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAI & MT Subject Matter Expertise\nAct as SME in sales opportunities involving AI, MT, and Generative AI\nLead client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions\nEvaluate LLM and MT options for external clients and internal production\nDesign AI-powered workflows aligned with client use cases\nGlobalLink Solution Support\nSupport pre-sales efforts across theGlobalLink suite, including workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and content management capabilities\nTranslate client business requirements into scalable GlobalLink configurations\nCollaborate with Sales and Product teams to position GlobalLink strategically within enterprise accounts\nEnsure alignment between AI/MT solutions and broader platform architecture\nConsulting & Implementation Oversight\nPropose pilot programs and define implementation roadmaps\nEstablish KPIs and success metrics\nCoordinate with AI/MT Implementation and GlobalLink teams for deployment\nEnsure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholder.\nContribute knowledge and expertise to repository of responses to questions from requests for proposal (RFP) and requests for information (RFI) tender and selection processes.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBS/BA required\nDirect experience with MT, Generative AI, LLM, or other NLP technologies, solutions and services\nDirect sales, client services, key account management or program management experience\nYou are familiar with the localization industry and have few years experience working on complex localization projects\nFluency in English, excellent verbal communication, and client-facing skills\nTechnical mindset and ability to grasp complex technical concepts\nMust possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure\nDemonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and ownership\nExperience managing multi-faceted projects from inception to launch\nYou are dynamic, proactive and
