TLS delivers software and service solutions to every Am Law 200 and Global 100 firm, and the majority of Fortune 500 corporate legal departments.\nTransPerfect Legal Solutions is a division part of the family of companies that form TransPerfect.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\n· Assist in the execution of Antitrust related projects, such as HSR Filings, Second Requests and related proceedings before the CBC, EC, CMA, etc.\n· Oversee full life cycle of Antitrust projects, from collections through processing, review and production to various state, federal and international agencies, according to client parameters\n· Track delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope\n· Monitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met\n· Work closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the client\n· Serve as a liaison between the production staff and the client during the life cycle of a project\n· Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action\n· Ensure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards and that job specifications and deadlines are met\nWho We Are Looking For:\n· Bachelor’s or JD Degree or equivalent relevant experience; a strong technical background is helpful\n· Minimum of 2 years experience in litigation support\n· Experience with Relativity, IPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation or other review database applications is a must\n· Working knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\n· Knowledge of MS Office applications required\n· Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed\n· Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed\n· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines\n· Ability to work as part of a team and delegate tasks and responsibilities\n· Excellent customer service skills\n· High-level problem solver with superior multi-tasking skills\nDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\n· Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic\n· RCA certification\nWhere Your Career Is Going:\nAt TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities.
