This is a pure new business hunter role - your mission is to identify, prospect, and close net new accounts across TransPerfect's full portfolio of services.\nYou will be selling into mid-to-large corporate accounts across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on sectors where TransPerfect's expanded capabilities - including creative production via The Mill - create strong differentiation and cross-sell opportunity.\nThis role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who combines structured B2B sales discipline with genuine curiosity about creative, digital, and linguistic services.\nWhat You Will Sell\nYou will represent TransPerfect's full Corporate service portfolio, including:\nTranslation & Localisation** - documents, marketing, legal, technical, and digital content\n\nInterpretation** - simultaneous, consecutive, remote (RSI)\n\nTechnology & AI Solutions** - GlobalLink TMS, MT/MTPE, AI-powered workflows\n\nDigital & Multimedia** - subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, e-learning localisation\n\nCreative Production (The Mill)** - Artistic Direction, VFX, Motion Design for luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands\n\nGlobalisation Consulting** - content strategy, workflow optimisation, language asset management\n\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and manage a pipeline of net new business across the French and European corporate market\n\nIdentify and engage key decision-makers - CMOs, Heads of Communication, Procurement Directors, Creative Directors, and Heads of Production\n\nDevelop tailored pitches and proposals that draw on the full breadth of TransPerfect's service offering, including creative capabilities\n\nLead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiation, and contract finalisation\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Operations, The Mill creative teams) to design compelling, client-specific solutions\n\nRepresent TransPerfect at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums\n\nContribute to market intelligence - identify trends, competitor movements, and emerging client needs\n\nReport pipeline, forecast, and activity accurately\n\nRequirements\nExperience\nMinimum 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in new business development\n\nExperience selling , multi-service solutions to corporate clients - ideally in one or more of the following: creative services, digital production, marketing services, SaaS/tech, or professional services\n\nProven ability to close six-figure deals and manage multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes\n\nExposure to or genuine interest in creative industries (luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, advertising) - a strong differentiator\n\nExperience navigating large organisations - identifying budget holders, managing procurement processes, and building internal champions\n\nSkills & Competencies\nHunter profile- proactive, autonomous, energised by opening new doors\n\nAbility to sell both transactional and strategic engagements depending on client maturity\n\nStrong discovery and consultative selling skills- listens before pitching\n\nComfortable discussing technology, AI, and workflow solutions as well as creative services\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English\n\nCommercially rigorous - accurate pipeline management, disciplined forecasting\n\nLanguages\nFrench - native or bilingual (essential)\n\nEnglish - fluent, business-level (essential)\n\nAdditional languages a plus\n\nEducation\nDegree in **Business, Marketing, Communications, Languages, or a creative discipline** - or equivalent professional experience\n\nTransPerfect values equal opportunities.
