Identifies issues and properly escalates to senior resources.\nDESCRIPTION\n· Managing and tracking electronic evidence\n· Utilizing leading forensic software to identify, collect, preserve and analyze electronic data from laptops, desktops, cell phones, email and cloud-based systems\n· Email collections and Efile conversions\n· Social Media collections and preservations\n· Work and coordinate with additional personnel to assist, as needed, throughout project lifespans\n· Maintain detailed project-related notes and documentation\n· Enter project-related monthly billing\n· Manage projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, project scoping, workflow conception, execution of forensically sound collections through proposed workflows, relevant data identification, and coordination of data handoffs to internal processing teams\nREQUIRED SKILLS\n· Strong background with Microsoft Office Suite\n· Familiarity with standard computer operating systems, networks and hardware\n· Good multi-tasking abilities\n· Ability to take detailed notes\n· Ability to follow detailed instruction, processes and create detail-oriented client deliverables\n· Excellent analytical and investigative skills\n· Strong written and oral communication skills\n· Highly analytical, strong problem-solving ability\n· Ability to interface with clients in a professional manner\n· Effectively communicate technical concepts in an easily digestible manner\n· Ability to scope client projects and create time and cost estimates\n· Demonstrates the ability to independently manage client projects\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\n·4-year BS or BA degree in the preferred concentrations: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management of Information Systems or equivalent job experience\n·A minimum of 2 years direct digital forensic experience\n·Should possess relevant industry certifications, education and/or training\n·Strong hardware and software troubleshooting technical
