This is the perfect way to begin your career in Project Management.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nThe e-Discovery Project Coordinator assists a team of Project Managers in overseeing the execution of litigation support projects and is ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of each project. Builds relationships with clients, learning each client’s technical specifications and advising on best practices when appropriate. Identifies potential project problem areas and solves those problems before and as they arrive. This is a junior-level project management role with the potential to become a Project Manager.\nAssist Project Managers with client requests\n\nResponsible for the execution of litigation support projects\n\nOversee full life cycle of projects according to client parameters.\n\nTrack delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope\n\nWork closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the client\n\nServe as a liaison between the production staff, and the client during the life cycle of a project\n\nDevelop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action\n\nEnsure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met\n\nYour experience includes:\nMinimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university; Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics majors are preferred\n\nKnowledge of MS Office applications including MS Access required\n\nAvailable to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed\n\nAvailable by phone or email when out of the office as needed\n\nAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines\n\nExcellent customer service skills\n\nMust be a high-level problem solver and have high multi-tasking skills\n\nKnowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic is a plus\n\nWhere Your Career is Going:\nAt TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities.
