It’s ambitious, complex, and rapidly evolving.\nThink:\nDrag-and-drop UI builder\n\nHighly dynamic, data-driven interfaces\n\nEnterprise-scale without enterprise-level red tape\n\nWe operate like a startup embedded inside a global company. We need a proactive leader who communicates clearly, executes the product vision efficiently, and is excited to build a groundbreaking internal product from the ground up.\nWhat You’ll Actually Be Doing\nAs the Lead Developer, you will champion execution, communicate technical realities, and proactively drive the implementation of the platform vision.\nExecute the vision of a drag-and-drop app builder defined by Product and Engineering management.\n\nProactively flag constraints in React and Next.js frontend architecture to management early.\n\nBridge communication gaps by translating product and design requirements into high-quality code.\n\nLead the daily implementation of highly interactive, state-heavy internal UIs.\n\nProactively identify roadblocks in frontend performance and deliver optimized solutions.\n\nCollaborate closely with leadership to provide accurate technical estimates and progress updates.\n\nMentor team members through proactive code reviews and technical guidance.\n\nBuild reliable component systems that non-developers can seamlessly configure and use.\n\nWhat You Bring\nDesire for personal accountability.\n\nStrong organizational skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous, large-scale product designs into structured, bite-sized engineering sprints.\n\nProactive implementation mindset to drive features from design handoff to production.\n\nExcellent communication skills to align technical execution with management's strategic goals.\n\nDeep expertise in React, Next.js, and advanced frontend state management.\n\nProven experience leading the delivery of highly interactive, complex web applications.\n\nWhat It’s Like Working Here:\nLet’s be real:\nWe’re building something big with a small team\n\nThe structure isn’t perfect\n\nWe need to scale upward\n\nPriorities can shift\n\nWe’re figuring some things out as we go\n\nBut also:\nYou’ll have real ownership\n\nYour decisions will actually matter\n\nYou won’t be stuck maintaining legacy code forever\n\nYou’ll help define how this platform evolves\n\nWhy This Role Is Worth It\nIf you’re looking for:\nA perfectly structured, predictable environment → this isn’t it\n\nA chance to build something meaningful, complex, and evolving → this is it\n\nThis is a role for someone who wants to:\nBuild, not just maintain\n\nInfluence, not just execute\n\nShip real product used at scale\n\nRequirements","description_format":"text","description_chars":3473,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Data
