Acting as both a consultant and creative lead, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to diagnose performance needs and identify the most effective learning approaches across modalities, formats, and technologies to drive capability development.\nThe Consultant focuses on engagements involving experience design, multimodal learning strategies, and continuous improvement. Solutions are designed to be scalable, measurable, and grounded in how people actually learn and perform at work, ensuring meaningful and lasting impact on our clients’ organizational performance.\nWhat you´ll do:\nLearning Strategy & Solution Design:\nPartner with clients & stakeholders to diagnose business and performance needs.\n\nDefine measurable learning objectives, and shape engaging, results-driven solutions.\n\nApply modern instructional design and adult learning principles to create impactful, inclusive, and accessible learning experiences across digital, instructor-led, virtual and blended formats, leveraging simulations, experiential learning, performance support, and coaching, as appropriate.\n\nClient Partnership & Project Delivery:\nLead collaborative workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, refine ideas, and build consensus.\n\nDevelop Content Maps to validate learning flow and design direction before development.\n\nGuide solutions from concept to delivery, coordinating creative, technology, production, and operations teams to ensure quality and timely execution.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Impact:\nUse learner feedback, performance data and evaluation insights to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and evolve learning strategies.\n\nEnsure solutions are inclusive, accessible, and align with client goals, brand, and culture.\n\nDefine and report account KPIs to track progress and demonstrate impact.\n\nSales Partnership & Account Growth:\nAct as a trusted learning strategist and consultative partner to the Sales team, contributing to discovery, solution design and compelling client proposals.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Production, Designers and Account Managers to develop creative solutions, support new account onboarding, identify growth opportunities, and advance account and infrastructure initiatives.\n\nAccount & Project Management:\nOversee account health and operational delivery, including revenue forecasting, billing, and financial tracking.\n\nCoordinate project administration, from quoting and job set-up to kick-off meetings, invoicing, and collections, while maintaining clear account guidelines and ensuring alignment across teams.\n\nRequirements\nEssential skills & experience required:\nBachelor´s degree or equivalent\n\nSuperior written and spoken communication skills in English\n\n4-5 years of experience in a client-facing, account management or customer services role\n\n2-3 years of experience in the Localization, or Training/eLearning industry as a Solutions Architect, Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or similar\n\nExpert knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and learning technologies, platforms, or production workflows\n\nExperience working with eLearning authoring tools (PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Rise)\n\nStrong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide project stakeholders\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nNice to have:\nAdvanced working proficiency in additional foreign languages (French would be a strong advantage)\n\nExperience working directly with senior client stakeholders\n\nExperience contributing to proposal development or solution design\n\nExperience supporting evaluation, measurement, or learning analytics efforts\n\nWhat we value:\nWe are looking for professionals who:\nDemonstrate initiative, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences\n\nNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with confidence\n\nCombine creative thinking with consultative problem-solving\n\nThrive in international, cross-functional teams\n\nFocus on translating business needs into effective learning solutions with measurable impact\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity & Inclusion:\nTransPerfect is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination.
