The primary focus of this role is building new eLearning modules, updating and refreshing existing eLearning, and developing instructor-led training (ILT) resources and job aids.\nWe are looking for self-motivated professionals with strong instructional-design fundamentals and the ability to turn subject-matter content into clear, engaging, performance-based learning. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Program Managers, balancing speed and quality while working in a fast-paced environment. Being comfortable using modern tools, including AI assistants, to work efficiently is a plus.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and evaluate eLearning modules aligned with business objectives\n\nUpdate and refresh existing eLearning content to keep it accurate and current\n\nDevelop instructor-led training (ILT) materials. Including: facilitator guides, participant materials, and activities\n\nCreate job aids, quick-reference guides, storyboards, and scripts that support learning objectives\n\nPartner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and build content\n\nApply adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies to course development\n\nEnsure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms\n\nBuild assessments and knowledge checks\n\nMaintain course content and curriculum documentation\n\nUse available tools and technologies (including AI assistants, where helpful) to work efficiently and maintain quality\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n2+ years designing, developing, and delivering training content\n\nDegree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development).
