Have an interest in improving workflows and leveraging technology to solve problems.\nMain Responsibilities\nManage IT receipts and monthly credit card reconciliation\nFulfill purchase requests from internal requestors\nEstablish and maintain relationships and communications with vendors across multiple different disciplines.\nWork with internal clients to see project goals are met in a timely manner.\nAudit, Negotiate, and manage our service accounts such as postage machines, water coolers, and printers/copiers.\nHandle the day to day management of the corporate cell phone program\nFacilitate the completion of facilities related projects for local offices. ie. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Construction, etc.\nAdministrative tasks relating to obtaining signatures from C-Level employees\nAssist with global logistics and the managing of the logistics accounts\nHandle one off projects as assigned by the COO and Senior Management\nMain Requirements\nFull time position, In Office\nExperience in spending reconciliation, customer service, and project management is required.\nExperience with MS 365 applications.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nDetail oriented.\nVery organized, self-driven and able to work independently.\nAble to work in a highly secure and confidential environment.\nAvailability for occasional travel, usually local within the area to visit local offices.\nExcellent English language skills.
