The Recruiter is responsible for posting and researching job boards, conducting out-of-the-box sourcing, engaging candidates, and contributing to our sourcing presence in North America and globally. The role requires the ability to identify talent bottlenecks, think creatively, and drive continuous improvements in sourcing workflows.\nResponsibilities:\nSource (recruit, screen, interview, and qualify) candidates for a variety of projects and programs\n\nConduct advanced job-board research to identify effective posting channels based on project requirements\n\nCreate and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and online communities\n\nApply out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to identify specialized, rare, niche, or hard-to-find talent populations\n\nSupport crowd recruitment initiatives, including sourcing large, diverse pools of task-based contributors across multiple markets\n\nBuild, nurture, and maintain scalable sourcing funnels that can respond quickly to high-volume recruitment needs\n\nUse social media and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates\n\nCommunicate daily with candidates, ensuring timely and clear responses to questions\n\nSupport screening and qualification processes following project guidelines\n\nTrack and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports\n\nMaintain organized recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracy\n\nCollaborate with team members to continuously improve sourcing practices and workflows\n\nIdentify sourcing bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements\n\nAssist in building partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks\n\nSupport candidate engagement initiatives throughout the candidate lifecycle\n\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager/supervisor\n\nRequired skills\nExceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver clear project and candidate updates both verbally and in writing\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organization\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines\n\nStrong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills\n\nExpertise in job-board usage and online research methods\n\nAbility to apply creative approaches to sourcing and candidate identification\n\nDemonstrated ability to think proactively, spot bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements\n\nExperience developing and scaling crowd recruiting pipelines or high-volume recruitment channels\n\nAnalytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities\n\nProficiency in business applications and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace\n\nRequired experience and qualifications\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent\n\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles\n\nExperience sourcing candidates within North America\n\nExperience posting and researching job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, niche boards)\n\nHands-on experience with ATS and resource management tools\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\n\nExpertise in sourcing and advertising on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing\n\nExperience working in multinational, multicultural, or virtual environments\n\nExperience in a cross-functional/matrix organization\n\nExperience with specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig-economy talent, or high-volume recruiting is strongly preferred\n\nDesired skills and experience\nFluency in one or more languages other than English\n\nPrior experience in customer service-oriented roles\n\nExperience building or managing large,
