Provides written and oral testimony in legal proceedings based on knowledge and experience.\nDESCRIPTION\nManage and track electronic evidence\nUtilizing leading forensic software to identify, collect, preserve and analyze electronic data from laptops, desktops, cell phones, email and cloud-based systems\nEmail collections and Efile conversions\nSocial Media collections and preservations\nWork and coordinate with additional personnel to assist, as needed, throughout project lifespans.\nMaintain detailed project-related notes and documentation\nEnter project-related monthly billing\nManage client relationships and collection projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, project scoping, workflow conception, execution of forensically sound collections through proposed workflows, relevant data identification, and coordination of data handoffs to internal processing teams\nProvide depositions/testimonies pertaining to all aspects of their managed projects and collections on an as-needed basis\nGenerate concise, forensically accurate, and unbiased findings reports on an as-needed basis\nMentors and trains junior practitioners\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nStrong background with Microsoft Office Suite\nFamiliarity with standard computer operating systems, networks and hardware\nStrong multi-tasking abilities\nAbility to take detailed notes\nAbility to follow detailed instruction, processes and create detail-oriented client deliverables\nExcellent analytical and investigative skills\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nHighly analytical with a strong problem-solving ability\nAbility to interface with clients in a professional manner\nEffectively communicate technical concepts in an easily digestible manner\nDemonstrates the ability to independently manage client projects\nAbility to scope client projects and create time and cost estimates\nExpertise related to standard computer operating systems, networks and hardware\nAbility to create detail-oriented client deliverables\nUnderstands and provides lay and expert testimony\nWorking knowledge of evidentiary laws and regulations\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\n4-year BS or BA degree in the preferred concentrations: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management of Information Systems\nA minimum of 4 years direct digital forensic experience\nShould possess relevant industry certifications, education and/or training\nStrong hardware and software troubleshooting technical experience\nFlexibility to meet the travel requirements of client service projects\nMotivated and
