consistency across all channels.\n\nDesign high-impact ad creatives, social media assets, and performance marketing campaigns optimized for conversion.\n\nCreate landing pages and web experiences with strong UI/UX principles that drive engagement and user action.\n\nDevelop marketing collateral including pitch decks, brochures, infographics, presentations, and sales materials.\n\nPartner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategies into compelling visual narratives.\n\nBuild and maintain a scalable design system and component library for brand consistency and efficiency.\n\nDesign motion graphics and video content for campaigns, product demos, and social platforms.\n\nCollaborate with content and performance teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.\n\nExperiment with new formats, design trends, and creative approaches to enhance brand differentiation.\n\nEnsure all visual assets meet brand standards, accessibility requirements, and performance benchmarks.\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nBrand identity design and visual system management.\n\nPerformance marketing and ad creative design.\n\nLanding page design with UI/UX best practices.\n\nMulti-channel design (digital, print, events, social media).\n\nPresentation and pitch deck design.\n\nMotion graphics and video editing.\n\nDesign tools proficiency (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).\n\nDesign system and template creation for scalability.\n\nIllustration and infographic creation.\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or relevant equivalent experience.\n\n7-10 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative roles within marketing or digital-first environments.\n\nDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nStrong understanding of B2B brand communication and performance marketing principles.\n\nExperience designing for web, social, product interfaces, and conversion-focused campaigns.\n\nAbility to translate complex ideas into simple, memorable visuals that drive action.\n\nFamiliarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.\n\nStrong eye for typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills for international teams and cross-functional
