Through structured training and real-world project exposure, the Associate Software Quality Analyst develops the skills necessary to contribute effectively to software quality initiatives. The position also serves as a pathway for potential future opportunities within the Trial Interactive Software Quality Engineering team at TransPerfect.\nDESCRIPTION\nDevelop an understanding of project requirements and assist in preparing and updating test cases aligned with the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).\n\nExecute manual test cases for functional and regression testing under supervision.\n\nParticipate in reviews of test scripts and related Software Quality Assurance (SQA) documentation.\n\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and release managers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.\n\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective Maintain proper documentation of test execution results and assist in preparing test summary reports.\n\nLearn and apply SQA methodologies, tools, and best practices in daily tasks.\n\nAssist in preparing validation documentation in compliance with regulatory standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.\n\nCoordinate effectively with distributed global teams to support cross-functional initiatives.\n\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities as required.\n\nComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills in English.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nDemonstrates a basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.\n\nKnowledge of software testing concepts and defect life cycle.\n\nContribute to continuous process improvement and SQA best practices.\n\nEagerness to learn domain-specific regulations such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or related field.\n\nGood understanding of databases and SQL for data validation.\n\nExposure to the clinical research or healthcare domain.\n\nDemonstrates a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on new technologies and industry trends.\n\nDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively across time zones.\n\nAt least 1 year of testing experience in Web and/or Mobile applications is preferred.\n\nAbility to work well in a team-oriented setting with minimum guidance Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation
