The Associate SQA works closely with the supervisor and cross-functional teams to assist in the design, execution, and planning of software testing activities\nDESCRIPTION\nAnalyze and understand business and functional requirements; create, update, and maintain test cases and the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) aligned with user stories, with minimal guidance from Senior/Lead Analysts.\n\nExecute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure system stability and performance.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and the Release Manager to ensure deliverables meet quality assurance standards and are completed on schedule.\n\nLearn and apply SQA processes, methodologies, and best practices in daily activities.\n\nAssist in coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as required.\n\nActively participate in sprint planning meetings, daily standup meetings, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure effective collaboration with both local and remote sprint team members.\n\nCoordinate and work effectively with distributed global teams.\n\nComplete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role assigned by the manager/supervisor.\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills in English\n\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nDemonstrates a basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Agile methodologies, and core software testing principles and concepts.\n\nAbility to create test cases, execute test cases, and report issues in test management tools.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 2 years of testing experience in Web and/or Mobile applications.\n\nFamiliarity with automation tools e.g., Selenium, Specflow, Postman or similar tool for API testing is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with test management and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Testiny, Test rail, HP ALM, Zephyr).\n\nDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nStrong eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment.\n\nGood time management and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work well in a team-oriented setting with minimum
