This position will work with internal development and QA teams and vendor partners to build integrations into GlobalLink - our flagship cloud-based translation management platform.\nWe are looking for forward-thinking professionals who are more interested in how things could become and who can thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment.\nManage the entire product life cycle which includes:\n\nManage professional services engagements and prepare SOWs for all existing customers\n\nExplore product functionality and recommend best strategy to integrate\n\nEvaluate APIs and GraphQL endpoints and devise an integration approach\n\nIndividually carry out product deliveries from inception to product roll out\n\nDesign/create detailed technical specifications for functional requirements\n\nClosely monitor development and QA progress for ontime deliverables\n\nDo active review of test strategy\n\nPlanning continuous upgrades for new features\n\nCollaborate with multiple teams in multiple time zones including product managers, engineers, solutions engineers, QA and customers for product strategy & roadmap.\n\nParticipate in UI/UX design.\n\nReview Documentation updates\n\nAnalyze application logs and debug technical issues to identify root causes in collaboration with engineering teams\n\nPerform competitor analysis and benchmarks and ensure that your product is always ahead of the curve\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nYour experience includes:\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant work experience\n\n3+ years of experience in a software or technology company\n\n2+ years of software product management experience\n\nAdvanced knowledge of all aspects of the software product development lifecycle\n\nHands on development experience is an added advantage\n\nOrganize user requirements, user stories and use cases\n\nFamiliar with tools like JIRA for project and requests tracking\n\nMust have very strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker\n\nProven track record of balancing multiple projects at once and delivery of projects successfully on time\n\nExperienced in working on integrating products using 3rd party APIs\n\nExperienced with content management systems, e-commerce platforms and headless ecommerce or CMS systems.\n\nDevelopment experience in any of the following is preferred, but not required: NodeJS, Mongo, Redis, React Java, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.\n\nDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nBig plus if you are:\nKnowledge of Unix commands, SQL and familiarity with MongoDB would be an added advantage\n\nFamiliar with translation and localization domain and translation management
