This is an opportunity to work within a suite of top-level translation software and contribute to the continued success of our products working with our development team.\nDescription:\nFocus of the role is on post-sale implementation of software as a service, for TransPerfect clients. To do this well, you need to:\n\nUnderstand the client’s motivation & requirements\n\nAnticipate bottlenecks or potential issues in workflows\n\nProvide creative solutions\n\nBalance the business needs versus technical limitations\n\nCreate a workflow with shared efficiencies-setting up the client as well as the internal TransPerfect localization management\n\nSupport in the pre-sale process for TransPerfect products and solutions.\n\nDemo applications with the intent to showcase premium features\n\nManage discovery conversations with sales or with clients directly\n\nTransform client specific needs into bespoke solutions\n\nArticulate return on investment to clients in licensing TransPerfect solutions as opposed to free versions.\n\nUnderstand complex client requirements, and work with technical partners to implement integrations and robust workflows\n\nManage all stakeholders on any given solution setup. Ensure that every component is configured per the client’s requirements.\n\nHelp identify and implement new processes and tools as needed. Ensure implementation is possible with available resources and technology as well as partner with product management teams to add features to the roadmap.\n\nCreation of clear and concise documentation in shared workspaces.\n\nPartner with global sales and production training departments when required to roll out consistent trainings to all applicable users.\n\nCollect user feedback and troubleshoot accordingly. Analyze trends and track improvements with transparent communication.\n\nBe results-oriented and self-motivated to bring projects to completion.\n\nCollaborate with any other process simplification and optimization initiatives taken by the TechOps team. Initiate process improvement projects where necessary to drive the team and business forward.\n\nPossess excellent business judgment and a common sense approach to getting things done.\n\nThrive and maintain a positive attitude in a high energy, fast-paced environment.\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.\n\nRequired Skills:\nExcellent communication both verbal and written, able to communicate complex and conceptual ideas effectively to all levels\n\nHands-on ability to think strategically and tactically\n\nAbility to influence by equivalent\n\n2 years’ experience in technology sales or SaaS implementation for B2B customers\n\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nExperience in the localization industry with specific focus in technology or customer relationship management\n\nProven experience working with developers and product managers to define features and execute a product roadmap\n\nThorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery\n\nData analysis, problem solving and project management skills.\n\nUser Experience feedback analysis and corrective action
