Being comfortable using modern tools, including AI assistants, to work efficiently is a plus.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and evaluate eLearning modules aligned with business objectives\n\nUpdate and refresh existing eLearning content to keep it accurate and current\n\nDevelop instructor-led training (ILT) materials. Including: facilitator guides, participant materials, and activities\n\nCreate job aids, quick-reference guides, storyboards, and scripts that support learning objectives\n\nPartner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and build content\n\nApply adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies to course development\n\nEnsure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms\n\nBuild assessments and knowledge checks\n\nMaintain course content and curriculum documentation\n\nUse available tools and technologies (including AI assistants, where helpful) to work efficiently and maintain quality\n\nRequirementsQualifications:\n2+ years designing, developing, and delivering training content\n\nDegree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development). Equivalent hands-on experience considered in lieu of a degree\n\nExperience with eLearning authoring and design tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia\n\nExperience designing and developing training across modalities: eLearning, ILT, and video\n\nExperience creating job aids and reference materials\n\nExperience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams\n\nComfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications• Experience updating and maintaining large or evolving content libraries\n• Multimedia development capabilities (video editing, graphic design, animation)\n• Comfort using AI tools to support drafting, iteration, or quality checks\n• Experience supporting onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, or customer experience content\n• A Particularly strong candidate is someone who has strong LXD/instructional design experience + experience in a complex technical environment + excellent stakeholder skills + a genuine interest in technology/space.
