Provide high-level technical Hosting support to Project Management Teams globally. Manage electronic discovery solutions for the culling, processing, hosting and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) for end clients consisting of mainly law firms and Fortune 500 companies.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nEnsure training of Litigation Support Analysts on Relativity, Digital Reef, Law and Project Management software.\nAssist Hosting Director with managing team’s schedule.\nPoint of contact for high-level technical tasks.\nWork directly with junior team members to ensure effective execution of all projects on a micro-level.\nMeet with fellow Hosting Leads to ensure efficient Hosting-PM workflow and address issues as needed.\nAssist with enforcing Hosting policies.\nCommunicate with Project Management Teams as well as clients in order to effectively execute tasks throughout the life cycle of a case.\nManage high-level tasks and unique workflows.\nTroubleshoot any tech-related issues based on knowledge of RCA Certification, expertise of analytics, proficiency with Concordance and Digital Reef; both internally and externally.\nConvey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language.\nBe available to answer client questions about web hosting software and perform various administrative functions of the application(s) to meet clients’ needs.\nPerform demonstrations of web hosting software, both online and in person.\nCommunicate with clients and proactively offer solutions to improve their workflow through the life cycle of a case.\nHandle multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.\nEnsure smooth transition of work between day and evening shifts.\nDevelop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.\nEnsure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are adhered to.\nPerform other tech-based special projects or duties when required.\nWork with Relativity and LAW to execute document disclosures, including bates stamping, creating load files and performing OCR.\nCreate custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to improve workflow.\nUtilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.\nMaintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody related documents. \nQCing any potential inconsistencies or conflicts within the potential disclosure set based on PM/client instructions.\nExecuting disclosures, exporting and finalising disclosure deliverables, including executing high level specs\nWho We Are Looking For:\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor’s Degree in related field, such as computer sciences or information management-technology, or equivalent work experience.\nStrong technical and leadership background.\nRCA Certification.\nKnowledge of Analytics.\nExperience in MS Office applications.\nProficient with Concordance and Summation.\nAbility to convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language.\nStrong organisational skills.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nAvailable to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.\nAvailable by phone or email when out of the office as needed.\nAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nPositive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customised solutions on a client by client basis.\nDesired Skills:\n2-3 years experience in litigation technology/vendor side preferred.\nKnowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic.\nExperience with LAW PreDiscovery, Digital Reef, or IPRO is a major plus.\nWhere Your Career Is Going:\nAt TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities.
