As a full-time employee, your primary focus will be to recruit and place hires for a variety of client projects across multiple industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their workforce needs and source, screen, and place hires. Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for all positions throughout the company.\nPosition responsibilities:\nWork closely with internal teams and external clients to understand their staffing needs for independent contractors.\nUtilize various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.) to find qualified talent.\nAssess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role.\nGuide hires through the hiring process, from offer to contract execution, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.\nMaintain regular communication with talent, ensuring they’re satisfied with their assignments and addressing any issues that arise.\nEnsure that 1099 contractors understand and comply with all tax, legal, and compliance requirements associated with independent contractor work.\nStay informed about industry trends and compensation benchmarks for 1099 talent across different sectors.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's Degree (Desired)\nMinimum of 2 years of High-Volume Recruiting\nPrevious Recruiting experience\nPrevious recruiting through third party agencies experience preferred\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English\nExceptional customer service, telephone manner, and multitasking skills are a must\nStrong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail are essential\nExperience in a call center environment preferred\nProficient in MS Office products: Word, Power Point, Excel\nProficient in Workday Recruiting\nStrong experience with candidate sourcing using internet tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media and search engines\nAbout TransPerfect\nFor more than 25 years, TransPerfect has provided comprehensive language and technology solutions to help our clients communicate and conduct business more effectively in a global marketplace.
