As our Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.\nSchedulers are responsible for communicating with potential participants via phone or email, as well as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. Schedulers are also responsible for responding to pre-study participant questions, and pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance and minimize no shows.
