Escalates the calls as needed\nDocuments all calls appropriately, and follows all procedures as dictated by policy and procedures\nConducts themselves in a professional manner at all times - adheres to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor\nWorks continuously towards professional development, as in their knowledge of cases and projects that the client handles, using downtime productively\nReliable and dependable adherence to attendance requirements, complying with scheduled lunches and breaks to ensure adequate phone coverage unless otherwise directed by the team Supervisor\nWorks various shifts as dictated by the project\nAttends all scheduled training as required\nAccomplishes other general tasks as required or necessary\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma preferred, 18 years or older\n1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience\nEffective communication and literacy skills.
