She is known for founding London Trans+ Pride in 2019.\nShe is currently setting up an umbrella company that will firstly encompass Transpire Talent (the UK’s first trans+ recruitment agency) and Transvision (trans + non-binary music/nightlife events.) She has plans to start new businesses under this umbrella company and expand into multi-media production, such as documentaries, online content, podcasts and more.\nHer main focus at the minute is to create constant and stable revenue streams to support the umbrella company, so it can expand and maximise its global social impact.\nLucia also has ADHD and Dyspraxia, she is a talented spokesperson and has a very creative mind, but she struggles a lot with focus and organisational tasks, both professionally and personally. It is important that the Project Manager is prepared to work alongside someone with such a brilliant and energetic mind.\nThe Role:\nThe role is for a part-time (10 hours) Project Manager with some light Personal Assistant elements. This role is hybrid and split into 7 hours in-person with Lucia in South London on either a Monday or Tuesday, and then 3 hours remote work on either a Thursday or Friday.\nYou may also be expected to attend and assist at one or two events per month, but will usually get a month's notice for this and will be paid your hourly rate at the event.\nYou’ll be overseeing that projects like Transpire Talent and Transvision run smoothly and will be facilitating for Lucia to focus on representing the company as a founder and representative. You’ll also be reaching out to new clients and helping Lucia establish new businesses, initiatives and projects.\nShe is looking for someone who would like to grow alongside herself and the umbrella company, with potential for promotions and full-time work as the company expands and becomes more successful.\nDaily Tasks include:\nManaging calendar and schedule\n\nBreaking projects down into phases and entering into diary\n\nOptimising workflows to improve outcomes\n\nLiaising with clients and stakeholders (mostly via Email and Zoom meetings)\n\nBooking staff and transportation\n\nSending invoices and paying staff from company bank account\n\nReaching out to new clients and venues\n\nManaging Social Media\n\nCo-planning of nightlife events\n\nSupport Lucia with occasional admin tasks.\n\nKey Skills:\nOrganisational and Time-Keeping Skills (Google Calendar, Trello, etc.)\n\nStrong written communication with excellent spelling and grammar\n\nRemains calm under pressure\n\nAwareness of queer culture and values\n\nProactive in generating and executing ideas for revenue streams\n\nAdaptability, as we will be working in a diverse range of industries\n\nDesirable, but non-essential Skills:\nExperience in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing softwares (Adobe Suite is great!)\n\nWorking with press and experience with press releases\n\nThis role is about 80% Project Manager and about 20% of this job role would be light, and very occasional personal admin tasks to assist with Lucia’s ADHD, such as booking Lucia’s doctors appointments, ordering items online needed for daily-life, help shooting/posting content for Tiktok/Instagram, etc. She really struggles to manage her life generally, so this assistance would allow her life to run
