This role reports directly to the CPO LATAM.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nLead strategic Alternative Data initiatives for Mexico, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that address market and client needs.\nIdentify and evaluate new data sources and use cases that can enhance credit risk, fraud, identity, consumer insights, and financial inclusion solutions.\nPartner with Global Product and Data Acquisition teams to evaluate the feasibility, business value, and scalability of new data assets and develop business cases to support investment decisions.\nCollaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to support the development, launch, and scaling of new data-driven capabilities.\nEngage with Commercial teams and clients to understand market challenges, translate customer needs into Alternative Data opportunities, and support customer adoption.\nDevelop market assessments and a prioritized roadmap of Alternative Data assets and use cases for Mexico, while representing local priorities in Global roadmap discussions.\nSupport product positioning, commercialization recommendations, go-to-market plans, and client adoption strategies for new Alternative Data capabilities.\nEnsure initiatives consider applicable regulatory, privacy, data governance, and compliance requirements throughout development and commercialization.\nTrack portfolio performance, client adoption, and commercial outcomes to inform priorities and support alignment between Mexico and Global teams.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\n8+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Risk, Credit, Fraud, Data Strategy, Financial Services, or related areas, with experience translating market needs into actionable business or product strategies.\nDeep understanding of Alternative Data and its applications across lending, credit risk, identity, fraud, consumer insights, and financial inclusion.\nExperience working across regional and global organizations and managing diverse stakeholders to align market priorities with broader product and business strategies.\nDemonstrated experience developing business cases, assessing market opportunities, and supporting the development or launch of analytical or data-driven products.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong ability to evaluate Alternative Data assets, use cases, and their potential applications across risk, fraud, identity, lending, and consumer insights.\nAbility to develop structured business cases, market assessments, opportunity prioritization, and data-product roadmaps.\nWorking knowledge of data-driven product development and the ability to collaborate effectively with Analytics, Data Science, Data Acquisition, and Engineering teams.\nUnderstanding of regulatory, privacy, data governance, and compliance considerations related to the use and commercialization of data.\nWe’re also looking for the preferred skills below.
