The team helps address regional requirements and client needs through technically sound, scalable, and timely solutions. This role reports to the Principal Pre-Sale Technical Consulting.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Onboarding products and components, providing technical guidance during pre-sales and initial implementation activities.\nCollaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to understand client requirements and provide technical input during client engagements.\nDesign and document integration solutions that align client requirements with regional capabilities and product functionality.\nLead and participate in solution-design sessions to establish alignment between client expectations and available product capabilities.\nDeliver solution and technical demonstrations to internal teams and prospective customers.\nCoordinate with Business Analysts to improve and streamline documentation for complex implementations.\nProvide internal delivery teams with design clarifications and maintain continuity from solution design through implementation.\nHand off approved designs to implementation teams and provide technical support during client onboarding.\nValidate final product configurations and document relevant product limitations.\nCollaborate with internal technology teams, client business and technology teams, and vendors to investigate issues, support implementation reporting and analytics, and ensure documentation reflects implemented solutions and best practices.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nA university degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\n7+ years of overall professional experience.At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, pre-sales, or customer success.\n\nExperience supporting both pre-sales solution definition and post-sales technical enablement or implementation activities.\n\nExperience leading client conversations or technical design sessions, using active listening to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.\n\nExperience collaborating across Sales, Product, Technology, and Implementation teams in an Agile or similarly collaborative environment.\n\nExperience working in an Agile environment and collaborating across multiple teams and geographic regions.\n\nStrong knowledge of fraud and identity verification solutions and how they support client onboarding.\nFluent written and spoken English and Spanish\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and system-integration concepts.\nAbility to design and document technical integration solutions based on client requirements.\nUnderstanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) considerations relevant to solution design and implementation.\n\nAbility to deliver technical demonstrations and explain product functionality to technical and nontechnical audiences.\n\nAbility to validate product configurations, integration designs, and documented limitations.\nDesired Skills\nExperience working for a technology, identity, fraud, or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provider.\nExperience in financial services or a related industry.\nExperience supporting technology implementations or customer-success activities.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies beyond direct project participation.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-AR2\nTransUnion Overview:\nAt TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
