The team partners with clients and internal stakeholders to help optimize risk decisions, customer acquisition, fraud prevention, credit origination, and portfolio performance through TransUnion’s solutions.\n\nRole Overview And Core Responsibilities\nManage and grow commercial relationships with existing and prospective clients within the retail and consumer commerce sector.\nDevelop and execute account plans to drive growth, retention, and adoption of TransUnion solutions.\nIdentify opportunities where credit bureau, analytics, identity, fraud, and decisioning solutions can deliver business value.\nManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and implementation.\nMaintain an accurate sales pipeline, including forecasts, opportunity stages, and action plans.\nLead business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients.\nCollaborate with Product, Solutions, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to develop commercial proposals.\nCoordinate presentations, workshops, and demonstrations that align TransUnion capabilities with client needs.\nMonitor account health, solution adoption, and opportunities for commercial expansion.\nStay current on trends in retail, digital commerce, consumer credit, identity, and fraud within the Mexican market.\nRequired Knowledge & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or account management.\nExperience working with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer commerce organizations.\nExperience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with executive and functional stakeholders.\nAdvanced business-level English, both written and verbal.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nExperience in credit bureaus, information services, fintech, financial services, or risk analytics.\nKnowledge of consumer credit, origination, collections, fraud, and digital identity solutions.\nEstablished relationships with key decision-makers within the retail industry in Mexico.\nExperience selling SaaS, data, or analytics solutions based on measurable business value.\nStrong negotiation, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nTransUnion Overview:\nAt TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
